遭大陸開罰　群創：遺憾、已提列業外損失不影響營運 Jan 4th 2013, 08:38 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕群創（原奇美電）4日針對大陸國家發展與改革委員會「6家境外企業實施液晶面板價格壟断,被依法查處」發出聲明指出，數月前已與發改委溝通，並配合調查，對於判決結果深表遺憾，因已陸續提列費用做為業外損失，不影響整體營運。
