名家論壇》唐湘龍：薪水低，是共業 Dec 27th 2012, 02:18 〔文╱唐湘龍〕坦白講，當景氣不好的時候，談加薪，本來就是緣木求魚，自取其辱。加薪，要在景氣大好的時候談。像前年大好。像去年小好。基本上，都好，如果跟主要競爭對手比，台灣都是最好。但是，薪水加的也不多。
