房市╱假如賣方堅持比登錄價高　3成1就不買了！ Dec 26th 2012, 10:29 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕實價登錄已經開放查詢3個月，未來仍將逐月公布，買房子時，如果遇到屋主堅持的價格比實價登錄可以查到的價格還高，根據一項調查顯示，有44.5%的買方願意加價5%以內，但有近1/3、31.1%的買方選擇「就不購買此物件了」。
