溫州房價遭遇報復性下跌　資金離場豪宅價格「腰斬」 Dec 7th 2012, 02:26 〔大陸新聞中心╱綜合報導〕大陸國家統計資料顯示，10月份溫州新建商品住宅價格環比和同比分別下降0.4%和12.5%，二手住宅價格環比和同比分別下降0.3%和10.6%。此前，這座城市一度是房價漲幅排行榜上的明星城市。大陸國土資源部資料顯示，今(2012)年第三季度溫州住宅地價同比下降18.03%，成為大陸全國樓盤價格降幅最大的城市。
