明年市場持續寒冬　首季人力需求增幅腰斬 Dec 5th 2012, 01:11 〔財經中心╱綜合報導〕到了年底，不少勞工朋友心裡要問的，不是年終可以領多少，而是明年的飯碗還保不保得住！勞委會4日公布明年第一季廠商的人力需求調查，僅不到2成的企業要招聘人才、淨增加聘僱人數僅2.6萬，比今年第四季縮水28%，較去年同期減少2萬多人，幅度縮水達45%，創下3年來新低，悲慘程度直逼08年的金融海嘯。
