廈門簽發ECFA原產地證書　陸企省下台關稅98.5萬美元 Dec 7th 2012, 03:26 〔大陸新聞中心╱綜合報導〕從大陸廈門檢驗檢疫部門了解到，自《海峽兩岸經濟合作框架協定》(ECFA)早期收獲清單第二階段降稅今(2012)年1月1日開始施行以來，今年前11個月，廈門檢驗檢疫局已簽發ECFA原產地證書865份，貨值1970萬美元，分別較去(2011)年同期增長39.3%、63.6%。
