房市╱4成2民眾看跌房價　4成3認為未來半年不是購屋時機 Dec 6th 2012, 07:26 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕根據房仲業者最新公布的調查結果顯示，有4成2的民眾看跌最近3個月以及未來1年的房價，都比上一季的調查結果增加，影響所及，認為未來半年是購屋時機的比率也回升至3成3，是今年連續3季下跌以來的首次回升，但仍有高達4成3的民眾認為未來半年不是購屋進場時機。
