降成本　企業外包成風潮　發案量為金融海嘯同期2.67倍 Dec 10th 2012, 10:55 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕景氣停滯衰退，愈來愈多企業透過外包提高專案彈性，降低固定成本，104外包網今年以來的發案量首度突破1萬件，是2008年金融海嘯同期的2.67倍，累計的接案會員為金融海嘨,同期的2.07倍，案件成交量則創史上新高，是去年的2.5倍。
