房市╱房價高+實價登錄　北市去化天數暴增15天 Dec 10th 2012, 05:52 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕隨著年底購屋潮將至，房市買氣似乎逐漸回溫，房仲業者統計10月與11月份的去化天數與議價空間後發現，總體去化天數減少1.4天，但議價空間卻增加3.1%，其中以台北市增加天數最多，高達15天，使得北市去化天達70.3天，而新北市減少11.5天最多，去化天數為66天。
