經委會談對菲經濟制裁　張家祝竟未出席　綠委不滿 May 15th 2013, 04:01 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕立法院經濟委員會今（15）日邀請農委會、經濟部等單位，就台灣漁船遭菲律賓船艦攻擊並造成我漁民傷亡事件後，有關護漁與經濟制裁等議題，進行專案報告，不過，經濟部長張家祝卻請假未出席，引起民進黨立委的不滿，要求張家祝必須到委員會備詢。
