經委會提案　槍殺漁民視為海盜行為、應開火反擊並擊沉 May 15th 2013, 06:02 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕針對我國漁船遭菲律賓船艦攻擊，並造成我國漁民死亡一事，立法院經濟委員會今（15）日通過臨時提案，要求海、空軍及海巡署對於任意槍殺台灣漁民的他國船舶，應視為海盜行為，可以強力火力反擊並擊沉，以嚇阻他國船舶對我國漁民的傷害。
