經濟成長率能不能保3？　張盛和不敢當「公道伯」 May 9th 2013, 06:10 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕第1季經濟成長率概估腰斬至1.54%，剛公布的4月進、出口又雙雙衰退，行政院主計總處副主計長鹿篤瑾坦言經濟成長率有下修的壓力，而經濟部長張家祝與行政院經建會主委管中閔則是掛保證，表示今年經濟成長率保3應該沒問題，國民黨立委盧秀燕今（9）日要求財政部長張盛和當「公道伯」，老實說能不能保3？張盛和則說，這個「公道伯」他不太敢當。
