證所稅3大方向：只修不廢、不採單一稅率、8500點可討論 May 9th 2013, 04:09 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕在馬英九總統指示檢討證所稅，以及有近9成立委都認為應檢討的情況下，財政部長張盛和今（9）日表示，證所稅可以提前檢討，但他主張只修不廢，也不贊成採取單一稅率，而對於投資人相當關心的8500點天險，他也同意可以討論，但應從整個制度配套考量。
