黑松配息+減資　股東可拿5元　股價開高走平 Mar 21st 2013, 03:25 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕老牌飲料大廠黑松（1234）去年EPS 15.14元，創下歷史新高，主要是出售土地的獲利挹注，董事會通過將配發2.5元現金股利，另外將辦理現金減資25%，預計退還給股東2.5元，合計每名股東可拿到5元，這也是上市以來第一次減資案，股價21日則是開高後走平，反應很淡定。
