修正央行阻升效應　新台幣早盤回升至29.77元、升7.5分　 Mar 21st 2013, 03:25 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕在修正中央銀行前一交易日阻升方補漲效應，新台幣兌美元今(21)日早盤止貶回升，不過，由於歐債危機疑慮未除，加上朝鮮半島政治緊張局勢，亞洲貨幣包括韓元及日圓等兌美元走弱，新台幣雖呈現升值走勢，但交易價格與前一交易日差不多，最高價來到29.77元、升7.5分，台幣實質走勢仍偏弱。
