公股啟動併購，彰銀併台新金？　財部：目前沒有任何個案 Feb 20th 2013, 05:06 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕外傳公股的彰化銀行將合併台新銀行，彰銀、台新金股價今（20）日盤中大漲，台新金甚至暴量攻漲停，不過，財政部上午由政務次長曾銘宗出面召開記者會澄清，強調並沒有公股啟動併購事宜，目前公股部分也沒有任何具體個案。
