結束營業、租約到期？寢具業者廣告不實　公平會罰5萬 Feb 20th 2013, 05:06 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕公平交易委員會今（20）日會議通過，員蓉寢具在報紙刊登「結束營業、租約到期」廣告，以吸引民眾加強購買動機，但實際情況並非如此，就商品內容為虛偽不實及引人錯誤表示，違反公平交易法第21條第1項規定，處員蓉公司新台幣5萬元罰鍰。
