聖馬丁通過收購美商Pro-Brand　總額不超過3350萬美元 Jan 23rd 2013, 16:52 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕全球數位多媒體設備供應商聖馬丁控股 (股票代號：0482HK；TDR910482，簡稱：聖馬丁)召開股東特別大會，投票表決通過2012年10月31日與美商Pro Brand International Inc.(簡稱：Pro-Brand)達成有條件併購協議，將有條件以總額不超過3350萬美元（約2.59億港元）的代價收購Pro-Brand全部已發行股本。
