盈正案後續　8大公股操盤全都露！合庫金最賺、土銀獨虧 Nov 19th 2012, 04:18 〔記者陳慧琳╱台北報導〕因「盈正案」影響，財政部長張盛和今(19)日於立法院財委會報告公股行庫投資股票績效，截至10月底，8家公股機構股票交易已實現利益約16.27億元，操盤最佳的是合庫金(5880)，獲利6.07億元，唯一虧損的是土銀損失2.59億元。
