債限腰斬　北市3捷運線將停工？　財部：工程舉債又不算 Nov 24th 2012, 03:45 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕因行政院版公債法修正草案限縮台北市舉債空間，讓台北市長郝龍斌大表不滿，並聲稱捷運萬大線、信義線、及松山線等重大建設都可能被迫停工，不過，財政部則表示，為興建捷運工程所舉借的債務，有部分是以未來營運所得資金償還，屬自償性債務的部分，並不納入債限計算，因此應該沒有影響捷運工程的疑慮。
