實價登錄效應淡化？　10月份房貸放款微增27.66億元 Nov 24th 2012, 02:45 〔記者郭幸宜╱台北報導〕央行23日公布10月份五大行庫新承做放款金額為401.43億元，較9月份增加27.66億元。央行經研處副處長林淑華認為，主要是因為實價登錄的觀望心態有逐漸淡化的跡象，加上在新北市買氣增溫帶動下，推升10月份貸款金額微幅升溫。
