唯冠之後～　蘋果再遭起訴Facetime盜用他人專利！ Aug 6th 2012, 03:40 〔大陸新聞中心╱綜合報導〕5日，記者從鎮江市中級人民法院了解到，該院剛剛受理了一起案件，原告台北人李先生，被告則是大名鼎鼎的「蘋果」公司。目前，鎮江市中院已經正式立案，這是「蘋果」繼深圳唯冠告其侵權獲賠6000萬美元和解金後，在華陷入的第二場訴訟旋渦。
