房市╱平價當道　新北1字頭房價區上半年逆勢漲2成 Aug 6th 2012, 04:10 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕由於北市及新北市精華區域房價持續維持高檔，首購族買房被迫向郊區發展，根據房仲業者資料顯示，今年上半年雖然受到央行打房及國內景氣不佳等利空因素衝擊，但新北市「1字頭」房價區域，價格仍較去年逆勢上漲2成，其中以新北市鶯歌區上漲20.11%最多，三峽區和林口區也分別漲了18.01%及16.33%，漲幅超越新北市平均漲幅10.04%，更比台北市大安區的7.11%還高。
