張忠謀：油電上漲是趨勢　但對證所稅還是有意見 May 18th 2012, 15:27 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕台積電董事長張忠謀18日晚間表示，世界各國的油價和電價都在上漲，油電價格上漲可說是趨勢，但政府應該把事情說得更清楚；不過，說到近期也是討論相當熱烈的證券交易所得稅議題，張忠謀則對最低稅負制部分的稅率調高有不同意見。
