谷歌收購摩托羅拉！　在大陸業務獲批准 May 21st 2012, 05:01 〔大陸新聞中心╱綜合報導〕據經濟之聲報導，2011年8月15日，谷歌突然宣布125億美元收購摩托羅拉移動。2012年2月，美國司法部和歐盟幾乎同時宣布無條件批准這筆收購。2011年9月接受申請，經過半年多審查，中國商務部最終做出附條件批准收購的決定。
