大陸推購屋優惠政策！　民眾憂恐抬高房價！ May 20th 2012, 01:15 〔大陸新聞中心╱綜合報導〕日前，揚州出台(政策實施)規定，對個人新購買的成品住房，給予房款4％—6％不等的獎勵。揚州方面稱，政策是為了鼓勵市民購買精裝修房，推動住宅產業化和建築節能，但仍然未能平息公眾對於此舉在於救市的猜測和質疑。
