易憲容：房地產泡沫仍是大陸經濟最大問題 May 22nd 2012, 04:22 〔大陸新聞中心╱綜合報導〕日前溫家寶總理表示當前中國經濟仍處於良好運行態勢，但市場對大陸經濟增長下行風險擔心又起。個人認為，只要政府下決心擠出房地產泡沫，中國經濟不存在所謂的「硬著陸」或「軟著陸」，在未來較長的一段時間裡，中國經濟仍然處於上升通道中，只不過其增長速度與增長質量與前10年會有很大不同。
