爾必達聲請破產台廠「挫咧等」？　南科、華亞科反受惠 Feb 28th 2012, 05:42 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕世界第三、日本最大記憶體（DRAM）製造商爾必達（Elpida）在27日向東京地方法院聲請破產，負債總額為4480億日圓（約1772億元），不僅是日本製造業最大的破產案件，更可能拖累相關合作的台灣廠商，包括力晶、力成、華東、瑞晶等公司都在積極研商因應之道，做好保障債權措施，法人認為，短線股價恐受到衝擊，不過，台塑集團的南科、華亞科技術來自美光，短線股價反而可望受惠。

證交所：爾必達TDR2/29全額交割　3/28下市 Feb 28th 2012, 05:42 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕日本爾必達聲請破產，經東京交易所公告將於3月28日下市，證交所28日指出，爾必達是以科技事業申請來臺發行臺灣存託憑證(TDR)之外國企業，去（2011）年2月25日掛牌上市，目前依營業細則第50條之3及臺灣存託憑證上市契約準則第7條規定，自明(29)日起對爾必達TDR採取變更交易方法(全額交割股票)，且在3月28日終止上市。
