大國大時代╱博弈談╱劉偉：分稅制使大陸經濟成博弈主線 Nov 6th 2013, 05:16 〔大陸新聞中心╱綜合報導〕著名經濟學家、北京大學常務副校長劉偉介紹，1994年推行的分稅制改革使國家財政收入占GDP的比重從1996年的9.71%上升到了2000年的18%以上，幾乎提高了一倍。但由此帶來的一個問題就是中央和地方的關係問題——在大陸無論是計劃經濟體制，還是改革開放以來，這都是一個獨具特色的，甚至成為一個利益博弈的主線。
