大國大時代╱房價談╱朱中一：九成城鎮居民擁有自住房 Nov 5th 2013, 09:16 〔大陸新聞中心╱綜合報導〕房地產專家、中國房地產業協會副會長朱中一發表《對於構建長效機制，建立百姓住有所居和房地產市場平穩健康發展問題的思考》的主題演講。他表示，城鎮居民的住房面積，已經由1978年的人均建築面積6.7平方公尺，增加到2011點的人均32.7平方公尺，近90%的城鎮居民透過購買公房、商品住房和自薦住房等多種方式，擁有了住房。住房的品質、性能也在逐年提高。
