下周油價每公升確定調降1元　45月以來最大降幅 Apr 21st 2013, 04:57 〔財經中心╱台北報導〕中油公司今（21）日宣布，依浮動油價機制計算，明日零時起，各式汽、柴油價格每公升將調降1至1.1元，這樣的降幅，也創下了近45個月以來的最高紀錄。
