「三巨頭夜會」　收購壹傳媒蔡衍明首度現身 Nov 15th 2012, 02:12 〔財經中心╱台北報導〕黎智英的《壹傳媒》先前傳出即將退出台灣市場，包括中國信託基金會董事長辜仲諒與台塑集團總裁王文淵，將是收購《壹傳媒》的最大股東。14日2人一起與蘋果的高層見面，隱身在幕後的投資之一、旺旺中時集團董事長蔡衍明首度現身浮上檯面，和蘋果日報總編和主管們提到他未來經營和報導方針，這也證實除了辜仲諒和王文淵之外，蔡衍明也是收購出資者之一。
