高階難留、基層難求？　7成7企業深感人才荒 Sep 4th 2012, 09:13 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕台灣人才危機日益嚴重，根據1111人力銀行調查，高達7成7企業反應已感受到勞動市場「人才荒」的趨勢，其中以「傳產/製造」、「民生/服務」與「工商業服務」感受最深，超過8成6受訪廠商在人才策略上感到困難，尤其以「徵才」及「留才」最感困擾。
