傳徐洵平認罪　基因股價再挫跌停　委賣單逾千張 Oct 4th 2013, 03:45 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕胖達人香精麵包事件引爆母公司因涉及炒股及內線交易疑雲，據了解，董事長徐洵平在檢調約談後認罪，願交出不法所得，基因則表示，基於偵查不公開原則，不便對外說明，目前公司營運一切正常，但在董事長疑涉內線交易的事件衝擊下，股價4日持續跌停深鎖，股價下挫至69.1元，早盤跌停賣單1068張。
