溫州銀監分局　房價大跌不是棄房主因 Oct 11th 2013, 06:04 〔大陸新聞中心╱綜合報導〕近一月來，有關溫州人「棄房」斷供數量過萬的報導曾經一度被多家媒體熱炒，而溫州銀監分局近日的專項調查稱溫州「棄房」現象的實際總數為595套。該調查認為，房東「棄房」的主要原因並非房屋價值縮水導致借款人還款意願下降，更多在於借款人自身經營出現困難、受擔保鏈風險牽連。
