富人減稅！物價上漲連動　最低稅負、遺產稅扣除額將調高 Oct 14th 2013, 08:13 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕明（103）年申報今年度綜合所得稅時，包括免稅額、扣除額等都將予以調高，不過，適用所得較高者的最低稅負申報門檻以及對有錢人影響較大的遺產稅扣除額，明年也將因物價連動已到該調整的時候，預估最低稅負申報門檻將由600萬元提高到670萬元。
