張盛和：預售屋不課奢侈稅　課所得稅稅率更高 Oct 9th 2013, 12:03 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕財政部長張盛和9日表示，研議修法中的奢侈稅，不會將預售屋納入課稅範圍，因為預售屋是一種權利，是適用所得稅的部分，且稅率最高甚至可到40%，而財政部也已將預售屋納入加強查核的範圍。
