跨足LED封裝製造　中電公開收購啟耀　總收購金額1.28億 Oct 8th 2013, 17:56 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕中國電器(1611)宣布，考量未來策略發展需要及提升市場競爭力，董事會決議通過公開收購啟耀光電 (興櫃股票，代號3610)普通股股權；擬收購約60%（160百萬股）股權，收購價格為每股0.8元，總收購金額約1.28億元，收購期間為10月9日至11月18日，在取得公平交易委員會核准的情況下，預計在年底前完成所有公開收購的交易作業。
