房市╱淡大HI-CITY複合學舍標售　吸引開發商、壽險業者 Oct 14th 2013, 10:13 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕底價17億元的淡大HI-CITY複合學舍將於31日開標，目前已有多組客戶積極評估中，除了有開發商背景的投資人外，有3組客戶具有壽產險背景，負責標售的全球資產管理公司表示，由於這是雙北市稀有投報率超過4%的大型商用不動產，且賣方提供售後回租代管或自行管理兩種方案供得標者選擇，對投資人極具吸引力，以市場行情與投報推估，成交價格有機會達18~20億元水準。
