國債鐘小降　9月平均每人負債減1千　仍達22.9萬 Oct 7th 2013, 05:54 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕國債鐘終於又出現下降！根據財政部今（7）日發布的最新國債鐘統計，由於短期債務未償餘額減少，截至9月底止，平均每人負擔債務為22.9萬元，比前一個月小幅減少了1千元。
