房市╱第4季行情看漲看跌比例相近　43%認為房價還在上漲 Oct 8th 2013, 04:00 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕民眾對第4季行情展望冷靜，近半數受訪者認為房價展望持平，其餘半數受訪者看好看壞的比例也相去不遠，但仍有43%的買方認為目前居住地的房價還在上漲，受訪民眾也認為，現階段除了手握現金定存外，購置不動產仍是最受歡迎的置產方式。
