林毅夫：大陸經濟增長　仍要靠投資不能靠消費 Jun 3rd 2013, 03:59 〔大陸新聞中心╱綜合報導〕林毅夫認為，大陸經濟增長仍將由投資驅動，技術創新和基礎設施建設將是投資驅動力的兩大組成部分。投資需更多依靠財政政策，而不是貨幣政策。消費是經濟增長的結果，不能作為推動經濟增長的手段。經濟增長的本質是勞動生產率水平不斷提高。勞動生產率不提高，增加消費就成了無源之水。
