不受調控政策影響？！　大陸百城房價連漲12個月 Jun 4th 2013, 06:17 〔大陸新聞中心╱綜合報導〕受調控政策影響，樓市成交量有所下滑，但房價走勢依然堅挺。大陸指數研究院發布的資料顯示，2013年5月份大陸100個城市(新建)住宅平均價格為10180元人民幣/平方公尺，環比4月上漲0.81%。這是2012年6月以來連續第12個月環比上漲，但漲幅比4月份縮小0.19個百分點。
