存款起息高　立委批欺負弱勢　金管會：競爭條件難要求 May 15th 2013, 04:01 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕針對國內銀行紛紛調高活儲起息門檻，有13家至少要存5千元，還有21家是要1萬元才計息，只有郵局1元就給利息，國民黨立委盧秀燕今(15)日痛批金管會縱容銀行，根本是欺負弱勢，愈有錢的人，談判籌碼愈多，可以這樣嗎？金管會主委陳裕璋表示，市場已自由化，這是銀行吸收存款的競爭條件，金管會不能硬性要求，全世界也都是這樣。
