對菲經濟制裁　張家祝：可暫緩經貿交流、不鼓勵台商投資 May 15th 2013, 06:02 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕經濟部長張家祝今（15）日表示，經濟部雖然建議暫不對菲律賓採取貿易制裁，但如果菲律賓沒有善意回意，經濟部將暫緩台菲雙邊經貿交流活動、暫停或暫緩辦理雙邊貿易活動，以及暫不鼓勵台商前往菲律賓投資。
