蔡明忠：大陸佈局海西經濟特區為重心　爭取證券全照資格 May 13th 2013, 06:15 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕富邦金控董事長蔡明忠13日表示，富邦金大陸佈局，以海西經濟特區為重心，期望在兩岸金融合作領域，持續扮演先行者角色，而旗下富邦證券3年前與與福建省投資開發集團，簽署合資設立「海峽證券」意向書，就是希望掌握開放契機，爭取證券全牌照業務資格，共創兩岸資本市場的雙贏。
