介入龍邦董監改選　金管會開罰　限縮國寶人壽投資範圍 May 13th 2013, 06:15 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕針對國寶人壽介入龍邦興業董監改選，金管會也火速祭出懲處，除限制國寶人壽資金運用範圍，不得再投資台股，包括賣出再買進，而且除逐案報經主管機關核准外，也不能新增海外投資，更不得因持有有價證券行使股東表決權。
