菲律賓嗆把勞工輸至其他國家　經建會管中閔：誰怕誰 May 15th 2013, 12:04 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕台灣漁民遭菲律賓公務船射殺，台灣凍結菲律賓勞工來台工作，菲律賓則認為，還可將勞工輸至其他國家，對此，經建會主委管中閔15日表示，台灣可從其他國家找到替代勞工，「Who怕Who（誰怕誰）」，說不定別的國家歡迎的不得了，台灣不用擔心外勞短缺問題。
