SOGO經營權底定　太百聲明正義伸張　遠百股價大漲慶賀 May 10th 2013, 04:08 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕最高行政法院9日公布不得上訴的最終判決，駁回經濟部、章民強、李恆隆等人上訴，判決確認經濟部撤銷遠東集團對太平洋流通投資公司40億元增資登記違法不當，應予回復，太平洋崇光百貨10日發出聲明強調，「正義終得伸張」，「在案件判決確定後，相關爭議可以休矣」，SOGO百貨經營權底定，遠百股價大漲慶賀。
