證所稅8500點天險取消　台股8362.49點開盤上漲43.9點 May 16th 2013, 02:07 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕國民黨立院黨團證所稅檢討小組15日晚間開會討論證所稅修改方向，獲得具體共識，確定設算制8500點天險將取消，散戶也免徵證所稅，拿掉天險，美股周三大漲，激勵台股16日早盤開高，以8362.49點開出，上漲43.9點，開高後一度拉升至8387.24點，預估成交量將超過千億元，早盤呈現震盪。
